At Pairs Socks, we want your feet to stay happy and comfortable; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn socks with their original tags and packaging into a secure mailing envelope or box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5 to 7 business days.
